设计工作室 SHARK&SHARK 翻新改造了一个工厂仓库，作为婚纱展厅和工作室的新内容赋予了空间新的定义。
Design studio SHARK&SHARK has renovated a warehouse into a bridal studio.
仓库坡屋顶的独特横切面，是室内玻璃立面的灵感来源。带着白色小尖顶造型的玻璃隔断，仿佛古典欧式教堂的外立面，让婚纱展厅弥漫着圣洁而浪漫的气氛。
The unique section of pitched roof inspires an internal glass facade similar to classic church architecture, which serves as partition of showroom area and office area. The classical and transparent look perfumes the showroom space with pure and romantic aroma. On the other side of showroom against the wall lies a full height rack showcases wedding dresses. Red bricks unveiled from original wall play a wonderful role for the background.
玻璃隔断的另一侧是工作区，分为三层空间。设计部、工坊和物流区在一层，会议室、工作间和总裁室在二层。二层中央的玻璃盒子，将空间自然分隔成若干工作区。玻璃盒子的上层是一间独立的休闲室，从楼梯上至三层，通过一段架空的廊桥到达。休闲室内往下望，三个不同高度的空间层叠在一个画面里。
The office area is built in 3 stories. Design department, workshop, store and delivery are on first floor. Boardroom, office and Director’s are on second floor. Above boardroom on third floor, passing through a single bridge from staircase, there is a meditation room, from which a grand view of three different levels looking into showroom could be witnessed.
材料和细部都保持天然和手工的质感。移除了墙面原有的水泥抹灰，露出底层色彩饱满的红砖。天花喷涂白色涂料，让木纹肌理更加凸显。展厅内用表面肌理丰富的老榆木制作梁和柱造型。钢框架、涂料和水泥面上的手工痕迹，都让人联想到制作时的情景。
Materials and details are natural and rustic, showing the spirit of handicraft. Cement plaster is removed from the original wall to unveil beautiful red bricks beneath. Timber roof panels are painted white revealing its wood texture. Aged elm trunks are used to fabricate beam and column features in showroom. Handmade traces on steel frames, paint and cement finish could be easily noticed, giving a hint of their history of making.
