儿童是每个人生命必经的阶段。社会的儿童观即代表社会对儿童权利的基本态度, 创造一个平等公正、尊重多样性的社会环境需要儿童和成年人共同的参与。权利意的培养识对于儿童及成年人都是刻不容缓的,《儿童权利公约》作为第一部有关保障儿童权利且具有法律约束力的国际性约定,既适用于儿童,也适用于成人。

随着新信息技术的发展,儿童犯罪新闻频上社交媒体,网络载体让人们更容易关注到这些问题,但终究逃不过淡出你我手机,淡出我们视野。它们从未消失,别麻木。

With the development of new information technology, children ’s crime news is frequently on social media, and online carriers make it easier for people to pay attention to these issues, but they will eventually fade out of our mobile phones and vision. They never disappear, don't be numb.

儿童是每个人生命必经的阶段,同时也作为社会的重要结构,是社会系统中不可或缺的一分子,社会的儿童观即代表社会对儿童权利的基本态度。现代中国家庭、学校对于人权观念的教育普及多停留在形式层面。儿童权利并不是中国社会内省反思形成,更多是由国际社会推动形成,对中国传统文化而言是陌生的,大部分人也无法真正接受认同儿童权利,对于儿童权利理解也处于简单化和片面化状态,儿童的地位也未能得到实质性的发展,对人权观念的模糊是引发许多现代社会问题乃至犯罪事件的主要原因之一。《儿童权利公约》规定了所有国家应遵守的一系列普遍标准,勾勒出了有关儿童的全新愿景。向儿童、成人普及 儿童权利公约》是儿童 权利实现重要途径之一,普及、教育方式可以多样化,但内容一定是向社会阐述《儿童权利公约》内容及儿童权利的必要性,让成人了解儿童的权利、价值,尊重儿童的独立性,让儿童了解、理解自己的权利 ,学会保护自我权利及尊重他人权利,只有成人和儿童一起参与,教育才有意义,儿童权利的发展才能被推动。

Children are an indispensable stage of everyone's life. They are also an important structure of society and an indispensable part of the social system. The society's view of children represents the basic attitude of society towards children's rights. Modern Chinese families and schools have not promoted the popularization of human rights concepts. Children's rights are not formed by introspection and reflection in Chinese society. They are more driven by the international community. Children's rights are not Chinese traditional culture. The status of children has not been substantially developed. The ambiguity of the concept of human rights is one of the main causes of many modern social problems and even criminal incidents. The Convention on the Rights of the Child stipulates a set of universal standards that all countries should observe, and outlines a new vision for children. Popularizing the Convention on the Rights of the Child to children and adults is one of the important ways to realize children ’s rights. Popularization and education methods can be diversified, but the content must be to explain to the society the content of the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the necessity of children ’s rights to let adults understand Children's rights and values, respect for children's independence, let children understand and understand their rights, learn to protect their rights and respect the rights of others. Only when adults and children participate together, education is meaningful and the development of children's rights can be promoted.

主要使用色彩为 颜料三原色,红黄蓝作为所有颜色的本源,视觉感受明亮、干净,纯粹且具有发展性,在不同调和下有不同可能性,可相互协调共存。

The main colors used are the three primary colors of pigments, red, yellow and blue as the source of all colors. The visual experience is bright, clean and pure. There are different possibilities under different blending and can coexist with each other in harmony.

插画内容将使用 简单的形状,自由线条为主的偏抽象的风格,不以过于具象的画面限制思考。插画预期不止面向儿童,创作时没有以儿童绘本为主题进行描画。即使是具有法律约束力的国际性约定也可以用不一样的角度去诠释,看见事物体的可创造性,大胆地去了解理解,创作自己的想法。在感受上接收到的不再是单一直观的输出,鼓励多样性,尊重独立性。

The illustration content will use simple shapes, free-line-oriented and abstract styles, and do not limit the thinking with too concrete pictures. Illustrations are not just for children, so they did not draw on the theme of children's picture books. Even legally binding international conventions can be understood and interpreted from different angles, seeing things can be creative, boldly understand and create their own ideas, and the perception is no longer single intuitive The output encourages diversity and respects independence.
